Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to locations across Pakistan. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, public holidays, promotional periods and courier conditions. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations where it is offered at checkout.

How do I know if a product is available?

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an option such as a size or colour is offered, select your preferred option before adding the item to your cart.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact our support team promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and guide you through the available resolution.

Can I exchange an item?

Eligible items may be considered for exchange when they are unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

Can opened beauty or personal-care products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is securely handled through Shopify, and the payment methods available for your order are displayed during checkout.

How do I choose the right product option?

Select the available size, colour or other option shown on the product page before adding the item to your cart. The choices displayed are the options currently available for that product.
