Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Read our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

For a return or exchange request, please contact our support team as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number.

Eligible exchange items should be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with tags, packaging and accessories.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and advise the next steps.

Opened or used beauty and hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify for return or exchange unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Sale-item restrictions may also apply.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed by an appropriate method, and timing can vary.

Please see the full Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility and conditions.
